YOGA + BREATHING CLASSES
Having graduated from the Sivananda school in 2012 and from Art of Living in 2015, Mama offers gentle yoga classes and breath awareness (breathing techniques: pranayamas).
Our grounding in the body and our emotional capacities are intimately linked: they come together in the breath.

Vital training
FEMININE RHYTHMS
Accredited trainer since 2019.
A training course of approximately 25 hours on women's health transmitted through the path of herbalism and the understanding of archetypes, Rhythms, it is a journey to the deepest part of oneself.
Organization: minimum 8, maximum 15
Plan for 2 full weekends
8-week format possible (3 hours per weekend).
