The stones are mounted on 14k gold-filled wire, and gold, this marvelous metal, has, among other properties, the ability to resist tarnishing. Unlike electroplated gold wire, gold filling is a method that allows for a wire resistant to wear, and at a significantly lower price than using solid gold.

 IMPORTANT: Pendants are sold WITHOUT CHAINS. The bail hole (where the chain goes) is clearly shown to help you see what kind of chain will fit.
